Due to increased customer demand and the requirement to have the best organised warehouse inventory available, a visualization system was created to replace the existing and unacceptable board system.

The implementation of EIS and the InfoPanels system, with plasma and LCD displays and an industrial mini PC, created the on-line display of the number of produced pieces, plan and the status of the fulfilment plan for individual manufacturing lines. The ascertain actual course of production can now be shown on the terminals.

The solution was implemented in accordance with IPS standard, according to INERGY visual management system, and there was linkage of the EIS and InfoPanels with the system of manufacturing planning. INERGY Automotive System Slovakia is focused to the manufacturing of plastic fuel tanks, mainly for models of cars produced in VW in Devínská Nová Ves.
